Cool Water offers a variety of onsite repairs. We come fully stocked to overcome any obstacles your well throws at us. We offer well-casing scrubbing for rusted casings. Cool Water has a custom-made tool to scrub any size casing from 2″ to 12″ to keep buildup from locking pump up.

Including iron systems, bacterial iron systems, water softeners and carbon units. Water issues such as staining, dry skin, or brittle hair can be corrected.

So it's Saturday morning and our well pump 170' down fails completely. We called Cool Water and less than an hour and a half later they arrived. Three hours after that the new pump was in the ground and working. Good price. Great service. You can't go wrong with these folks!

We had some Seniors from Hernando Christian Academy doing clean up on our property on Sunday. When we found our well wasn't working. We called Matt he went out fixed our problem and got them working again. Then after he donated his service call to the kids for there senior trip. we greatly apricate it . Great Honest company. Highly recommend. Another company said my families whole well, pump, and tank were bad. They came out and fixed the issue that night only replacing the pump. Cost a fraction of the other companies quote. Glad to see there are still honest people out there.

Cool Water Pump & Well saved the baptism!! I contacted Matt two days prior to Christmas Eve and our baptism service due to a water outage. Matt assisted me with troubleshooting over the phone, which saved a service call and restored running water to the facility. It is hard to find this type of dedication and customer service. I previously called two other “24-hour” companies to no avail due to the holiday. I truly appreciate Cool Water Pump & Well and they are now my go-to service team.

We had a company come out and wanted to charge us 14,000 for a new well. They told us our well was not able to be fixed. We had two more guys come look at it and were unable to fix it. This outfit sure knows their stuff. I was told for years that something was going to be near impossible to do and cost a fortune. Then Matt came out looked at the job site and came up with a magnificent solution that solved all the problems at a reasonable price, and even better, done in one day. 2023-10-17 We lost water last night, and again this AM. I called Matt ~7:45 and he got the system back up and running by 9:AMNo one likes an *EMERGENCY* plumbing bill, but how quickly & professionally the repairs were made from a from start to finish, I'm going to highly recommend his services.I have two-ish questions:1) How long will the water be brown & rusty?1a) Do we need to boil water, or just let it run?2) I was so pleased with the speed of service, I forgot to ask for a receipt, could I trouble you to email me or text me a copy?

Matt at Cool Water is THE BEST!!!!He is truly a godsend!3am, I got up to use the bathroom....No Water!After trying all the usual things we had been doing to limp the well along to no avail, I realized the pump must have finally died. (We knew it was acting up and the end was near, but the prior quotes we had gotten were scary high and out of our immediate price range until my husband's 1st paycheck came through on his new job.)That night before, I had looked at different pump & well companies in the area and found that Matt, hands down, had the most honestly compelling reviews!I waited till 6:30am to call him but didn't want to risk him being booked up.Matt said he'd be at my place in an hour and he was. He immediately verified my worst fears were true but his price was WAY more reasonable than we had been quoted. He worked it out so we could get it fixed on the spot. When my well pump was going out a friend recommended Cool Water. We called and Matt came right out with everything he needed and replaced my pump with a top of the line pump(no junk). He also replaced a section of pipe that had a hole in it. He didn't sell me anything I didn't need. Matt had the whole job finish in under 2 hours and for a price better than anyone else. What an incredible experience with this company had an emergency leak during the night and they came out and repaired everything and even showed us how to stop the pump in case anything ever happened again. Have used them multiple times and they never fail to impress!

Oh my goodness! Matt Carver from Cool Warter came out this morning and diagnosed my "saltless" water system, tested and reset some settings. Checked & aired up my bladder tank - said it held the pressure even though it was about 15lbs low of air! Was so very reasonable in pricing. Matt was also very courteous and respectful to a little ole lady (me!) And He could have sold me a new tank!!! FOUND MY NEW WELL-GUY!!! My Well is around 40 years old and had really slowed down over the last few years. I consulted 4 well companies over the 24 years I live here because it was never really acting like it should...and I was always told "don't touch it if its still giving you water...blah blah blah....always told I would need to drill a new well and spend big bucks. In 2023 I was ready do exactly that because the flow dropped again significantly. Ran across Matt doing work at my neighbors house and was impressed. I decided to have him take a shot at pulling the old well apart and fixing it...something no one else wanted to do in all these years...long story short...Matt pulled the whole thing out of the ground , replaced everything and was gone in less than a morning. I am very happy with the results...More high quality water is now coming out of this well than I thought was ever possible...and the cost was totally reasonable...Wish I had known of Matt sooner...don't waste your time shopping around...just call Cool Water.
Matt, the owner of this business, arrived on time and found that I hadn't any water since the well pump had burned out! He was very polite and spent over 2 hours to replace the pump! All other companies said I had to wait a week for water. As a disabled senior, I can honestly say that Matt is my hero! I highly recommend this company and Matt!

I highly recommend Matt at Cool Water for all of your well and pump needs. I woke up to zero water pressure Saturday morning. A friend referred me to Matt. He answered promptly and came out immediately to assess the issue. His professionalism was evident from the start. He could've easily "sold me" on replacing the pump, but was able to get me up and running with a new bladder tank, switch, and control box. He also took it upon himself to reroute the peroxide hose (without extra charge) which was not hooked up correctly when it was installed years ago by another company! Yes, he fixed someone else's mistake for free. 🫶 His price was more than fair and in fact I feel like he took very good care of me and I got a really good deal. His integrity, expertise, professionalism, and quick response is such a rare combination of traits in the service sector these days. Very impressed with this company. No need to shop around. This is your best bet, hands down.

I called Matt ~7:45 and he got the system back up and running by 9:AMNo one likes an *EMERGENCY* plumbing bill, but how quickly & professionally the repairs were made from a from start to finish, I'm going to highly recommend his services.I have two-ish questions:1) How long will the water be brown & rusty?1a) Do we need to boil water, or just let it run?2) I was so pleased with the speed of service, I forgot to ask for a receipt, could I trouble you to email me or text me a copy?

My Well is around 40 years old and had really slowed down over the last few years. I consulted 4 well companies over the 24 years I live here because it was never really acting like it should...and I was always told "don't touch it if its still giving you water...blah blah blah....always told I would need to drill a new well and spend big bucks. In 2023 I was ready do exactly that because the flow dropped again significantly. Ran across Matt doing work at my neighbors house and was impressed. I decided to have him take a shot at pulling the old well apart and fixing it...something no one else wanted to do in all these years...long story short...Matt pulled the whole thing out of the ground , replaced everything and was gone in less than a morning. I am very happy with the results...More high quality water is now coming out of this well than I thought was ever possible...and the cost was totally reasonable...Wish I had known of Matt sooner...don't waste your time shopping around...just call Cool Water.

I highly recommend Matt at Cool Water for all of your well and pump needs. I woke up to zero water pressure Saturday morning. A friend referred me to Matt. He answered promptly and came out immediately to assess the issue. His professionalism was evident from the start. He could've easily "sold me" on replacing the pump, but was able to get me up and running with a new bladder tank, switch, and control box. He also took it upon himself to reroute the peroxide hose (without extra charge) which was not hooked up correctly when it was installed years ago by another company! Yes, he fixed someone else's mistake for free. 🫶 His price was more than fair and in fact I feel like he took very good care of me and I got a really good deal. His integrity, expertise, professionalism, and quick response is such a rare combination of traits in the service sector these days. Very impressed with this company. No need to shop around. This is your best bet, hands down.

Oh my goodness! Matt Carver from Cool Warter came out this morning and diagnosed my "saltless" water system, tested and reset some settings. Checked & aired up my bladder tank - said it held the pressure even though it was about 15lbs low of air! Was so very reasonable in pricing. Matt was also very courteous and respectful to a little ole lady (me!) And He could have sold me a new tank!!! FOUND MY NEW WELL-GUY!!! My Well is around 40 years old and had really slowed down over the last few years. I consulted 4 well companies over the 24 years I live here because it was never really acting like it should...and I was always told "don't touch it if its still giving you water...blah blah blah....always told I would need to drill a new well and spend big bucks. In 2023 I was ready do exactly that because the flow dropped again significantly. Ran across Matt doing work at my neighbors house and was impressed. I decided to have him take a shot at pulling the old well apart and fixing it...something no one else wanted to do in all these years...long story short...Matt pulled the whole thing out of the ground , replaced everything and was gone in less than a morning. I am very happy with the results...More high quality water is now coming out of this well than I thought was ever possible...and the cost was totally reasonable...Wish I had known of Matt sooner...don't waste your time shopping around...just call Cool Water.

I highly recommend Matt at Cool Water for all of your well and pump needs. I woke up to zero water pressure Saturday morning. A friend referred me to Matt. He answered promptly and came out immediately to assess the issue. His professionalism was evident from the start. He could've easily "sold me" on replacing the pump, but was able to get me up and running with a new bladder tank, switch, and control box. He also took it upon himself to reroute the peroxide hose (without extra charge) which was not hooked up correctly when it was installed years ago by another company! Yes, he fixed someone else's mistake for free. 🫶 His price was more than fair and in fact I feel like he took very good care of me and I got a really good deal. His integrity, expertise, professionalism, and quick response is such a rare combination of traits in the service sector these days. Very impressed with this company. No need to shop around. This is your best bet, hands down.

2023-10-17 We lost water last night, and again this AM. (We knew it was acting up and the end was near, but the prior quotes we had gotten were scary high and out of our immediate price range until my husband's 1st paycheck came through on his new job.)That night before, I had looked at different pump & well companies in the area and found that Matt, hands down, had the most honestly compelling reviews!I waited till 6:30am to call him but didn't want to risk him being booked up.Matt said he'd be at my place in an hour and he was. Incredible company all around, Matt showed up right on time and got to fixing the issue. Unmatched customer service, he went above and beyond until the job was done RIGHT the first time. Couldn't believe he was able to fit where he did to handle everything so seamlessly, can't thank him enough!!!
